Blackberry - Ouachita #5 Pot
The Ouachita thornless blackberry is a free standing plant that produces a medium to large fruit. The berries from this plant are both sweet and firm; and besides being delicious, the fruit serves as a good source of Vitamin C and dietary fiber. They are also low in sodium, cholesterol, and saturated fat. The blackberry plant has a very fast growth rate and blooms in the late spring. The average size of this plant is 3-5 feet. It prefers to be planted in the full sun as it requires at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day. It is hardy in Zones 5-9.
