Blueberry Jersey produces white flowers in May, which turn to rich blue berries, medium in size and very sweet, which then ripen in late June or July. Jersey blueberry is also an attractive landscape shrub, which grows 5 to 8 feet in height. Reliable producer that tolerates a wide range of soil types, with striking orange fall color. Jersey blueberries require at least 800 chill hours. They are self fertile but will produce better crops if planted with other highbush varieties.
