Pecan Trees - Candy (Type 2) #5 Pot


Candy trees are extremely attractive, leafing out quickly in the spring and producing a very lush and full canopy. This pecan exhibits good to excellent scab resistance in most locations. It yields a medium size nut with a moderately thin shell, 78 nuts per pound with 45% kernel. Candy begins to ripen in mid-October. It is a Type 2 pollinator. At maturity it can reach a height of 70 feet and a 50 foot spread.
