Persimmon Trees - Nikita's Gift (Astringent) #5 Pot
Nikita’s Gift persimmon is a unique hybrid of Asian and American persimmons, developed in the Ukraine. This astringent persimmon produces flattish, red-orange fruit that is 2 ½ inches which ripens in mid to late October. At maturity, it can reach a height between 10-12 feet. It is self fertile. Nikita's Gift will begin bearing 2-3 years after planting. We graft the Nikita's Gift persimmon onto native American persimmon root stock.
